The grappa flavor comes through Manifatture Sigaro Toscano's proprietary sweetened tip process, which infuses the tip with a carefully formulated grappa essence that caramelizes with the fire-cured tobacco as the cheroot burns. The result is a natural interplay between the sweet, fermented grape character of grappa and the smoky, earthy intensity of the Kentucky leaf underneath — warm, slightly boozy, and deeply aromatic in a way that feels distinctly Italian rather than artificially sweet.
