The Toscanello Macchiato — known in Italy as the Toscanello Rosso Raffinato — is a small Italian cheroot built around one of the most natural pairings in the cigar world: coffee and fire-cured tobacco. A 3.375×38 half cheroot made entirely from Italian and Kentucky fire-cured tobacco at Manifatture Sigaro Toscano's facility in Cava dei Tirreni, it's one of the original flavored Toscanellos and a longtime favorite in the Raffinato range. No humidor, no cutter, no ceremony — five to a pack and ready whenever the espresso machine is.

The macchiato flavor comes through Manifatture Sigaro Toscano's proprietary sweetened tip process, which infuses the tip with a coffee-and-milk formulation that caramelizes beautifully against the fire-cured Kentucky leaf as the cheroot burns. The interplay between the sweetened tip and the tobacco is what makes this one work so well — the espresso sweetness enhances rather than covers the natural smoky, earthy character of the fire-cured leaf, and the hint of steamed milk softens the whole experience into something warm, rounded, and genuinely satisfying.

Flavor-wise you're getting espresso and a creamy milk sweetness right from the first puff, toasted wood and a light earthiness from the fire-cured tobacco developing through the middle, and a warm, lingering coffee finish that stays clean and never turns bitter.
